Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Brief when you enroll in a cohort or use anything on this site.

These terms apply when you enroll in Brief or use anything on this site. Enrolling means you accept them.

What you are buying

Brief is a four-week cohort course. Enrollment gives you a seat in a specific cohort, access to the course material, and the live sessions listed on the enrollment page at the time you paid. A seat belongs to one person and cannot be shared or resold.

Your account

Keep your login details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at hello@brief.com if you think someone else has access to it.

Course material

Templates, worksheets and swipe files are yours to use in your own business for as long as you like. The lessons, recordings and written material stay ours: you may not republish, resell or teach them as your own, and you may not feed them into a product that competes with Brief.

What you publish

Anything you share in the cohort workspace stays yours. By posting it you give us permission to display it to your cohort and, with your written consent, to quote it as a testimonial.

Schedule changes

We may move a session if something unavoidable comes up. If we cancel a cohort outright, you get a full refund or a seat in the next one, whichever you prefer.

Limits

Brief teaches a method. It does not guarantee revenue, enrollments or any particular outcome, and nothing in the course is legal, tax or financial advice. Our liability to you is limited to what you paid for the course.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. Changes do not apply retroactively to a cohort you have already paid for.
